1. WOMEN LOOKING FOR GROUP RUNS IN TRI-CITIES
New, experienced and all levels of women runners welcome. please contact Susan Brain: wharbrain@aol.com

2. SATURDAY MORNINGS
(Except when there is a local event) We meet about 9:00 am (after masters swim workouts) in the lobby of the Tri-City Court Club. Run distance is usually 8 – 12 miles and the pace varies from about 7:00 to 8:30 minutes per mile. Contact Eric at sageg@charter.net with questions.

3. TUESDAY EVENING WORKOUT - KENNEWICK

Track Workouts at Kamiakin High in Kennewick: Suspended during the winter...these will start up in April

4. TUESDAY EVENING WORKOUT - RICHLAND

The Tuesday night workouts are continuing to be at Leslie Groves Park at 5:30 PM. Meet at the Snyder Street boat dock parking lot. We do intervals on the grass and on Hanford High's cross country course which is located in the Park. For more information contact Jim Peterson days 376-6731, evenings 627-6434, cell 509/374-7668.

5. BIG CROSS WORKOUTS - PASCO

Bill Leahy and Dale Fuller run big cross course Tue and Thurs at 5:30am / and Sat and Sun at 7am for the rest of their lives / anyone welcome to join in. Contact: Bill Leahy at 947-6628
