National 8K cross country championships are on Saturday Feb 13 at Plantes Ferry park - 10/12/2009

More details to come later. Jim will be organizing teams for that one as well. Part of this meet will include the open and junior qualification races for the USA’s world cross country teams. These are always very exciting to watch.
